各位FringeTube的參加者，

拍攝題目：LIGHT

你現在可以即時開始拍攝，提提你以下事項：

拍攝即時開始，你只有24小時去完成所有製作；
拍攝範圍於松山、塔石及望德堂區一帶 (室內場景不受限制）；
2009年4月19日下午3時前必須將拍攝完成之短片上載至Youtube ，並以電郵將有關連結電郵至 fringetube@gmail.com，逾時不作評審；
提交作品數量不限，即是可以提交多於一個作品（如果你有這個能力）；
整個片長不可超過3分0秒，包括所有片尾字幕及音樂等，但不設下限。

The topic for the competition：LIGHT

You can start the shooting now. Just to remind you the followings:

The shooting starts. You only have 24 hours to finish the whole production.
Area of shooting should around Guia, Tap Seac Area and Largo de Sao Lazaro (no limitation for indoor).
The video must be finished and uploaded to Youtube by 3pm on the 19th April 2009. The link has to be emailed to fringetube@gmail.com before the deadline. Any works submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
There is no limit on number of works you can submit. That means you can submit more than one work (if you can do that).
Total duration of video (including all roller and music) can not exceed 3 mins 0 sec. No minimum limitation

Creativity is all it takes!

24-hour shops are increasing in Macau. It used to be only around casinos but in recent years, “there’s always one around” convenient stores keep opening around us. In the past, we saw a lot of stories about convenient stores in films. Are there really so many stories during midnight?

What can we do in 24 hours? Use your creativity, challenge your limits and finish a 3-minute video within 24 hours. Show us all you got in this year’s Macau City Fringe! Show us the possibilities of Macau’s creativity and join “Fringe Tube”!

Submission Criteria:

No limitation on age, sex and nationality
No limitation on numbers of participants
No limitation on production cost. No limitation on whether it’s a Hollywood production or a low-tech production. (P.S. You’re paying it by yourself anyway.)
Total duration of video (including all roller and music) can not exceed 3 mins 0 sec. No minimum limitation.

Please send the name of your group and your contact number to fringetube@gmail.com before 1pm on 18^th of April, 2009

How to Play:

Apply through email.
The topic of the competition will be announced at 2:45 pm on the 18^th April on the internet http://fringetube.blogspot.com/, SMS to all participants and publish on the display window of the nearest convenient store to Tap Seac Square.
The shooting starts. You only have 24 hours to finish the whole production.
The video must be finished and uploaded to Youtube by 3pm on the 19^th April 2009. The link has to be emailed to fringetube@gmail.com before the deadline. Any works submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
All works will display through http://fringetube.blogspot.com/ and public can vote on the favourite video.
Results will announce at The Old Ladies’ House on 21^st of April at 7:30pm and award to winner immediately.

Remarks:

The organizer has the right to make any public screening of all works.
If there is any technical problem on internet and SMS service, all participants should check out the topic at the nearest convenient store of Tap Seac Square.

創意大哂！

澳門24 小時營業的店舖越來越多，以前除了賭場及一些周邊的場所之外，便十分罕見，但近年不斷出現「梗有一間在你左近」的便利店，以前我們只有在電影裡看到很多關於便利的故事，半夜真係有咁多事發生？

究竟24個鐘可以做啲乜？創意無限的電腦品牌Apple數年前曾舉辦過以24小時為時限的拍攝比賽，活動啟發了好多非常創意的短片作品，可惜因為全球經濟下滑，活動也隨之停辦。澳門城市藝穗節為了延續這些啟發創意的活動，首次在Fringe Plus 內加入這項活動，以發揮你的創意潛能，挑戰你們的極限為目標，要你24小時內完成一部三分鐘的短片，來一次創意大哂冷！

參加資格：

年齡、性別、國籍不限
人數不限
拍攝資金不限，無論你係荷李活大製作，又或者是山寨製作，都不限 (p.s. 都係你自資)
整個片長不可超過3分0秒，包括所有片尾字幕及音樂等，但不設下限。

玩法：

先以電郵報名
2009年4月18日下午2時45分於http://fringetube.blogspot.com/ 公佈拍攝題材、於3時前亦透過SMS短訊通知參賽者及於塔石廣場旁的24小時便利店門外張貼告示；
拍攝即時開始，你只有24小時去完成所有製作；
2009年4月19日下午3時前必須將拍攝完成之短片上載至Youtube ，並以電郵將有關連結電郵至 fringetube@gmail.com，逾時不作評審；
公眾可透過 http://fringetube.blogspot.com/ 即時欣賞作品，並進行投票；
得獎結果將於2009年4月21日晚上7時30分於仁慈堂婆仔屋公佈及即時進行頒獎。

所有作品大會有權作公開播放。
